- [Gummiworm](https://sundae.fi/gummiworm): Custody settlement protocol. A small head sequences and evaluates transactions but holds no key that can move user funds; a larger coil checks that work and co-signs every L1 effect. The L2 ledger is a black box, so applications bring their own state machine rather than a circuit or a virtual machine. Cardano is implemented, Ethereum and Midnight are specified. Sugar Rush is the first central limit order book (CLOB) built on that head.
